YOU CANNOT RETURN A CANDLE ONCE IT’S USED
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition which you received it.
Return must be made within 7 days upon receiving items.
Shipping charge are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

One of your items has been received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved. Your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically is applied to your original method of payment.
